CANCELLATION & No-Show
We respect and value your time as well as our own, your appointment time is specifically reserved for you. In order for us to provide the best scheduling options to our clients, we require a minimum of 48hrs notice for any changes to your booking. There will be a 50% charge of the service price if given less than 48hrs notice. Day of cancellation or rescheduling will be considered a No-Show which will be 100% charge of the service price. For extensions and transformation appointments, please view below for separate policy procedures.
REFUNDS & SERVICE adjustments
Refunds are NOT offered on services or retail that have been used or opened. Although, if you feel your hair needs a minor adjustment, contact us within 7 days of your appointment, we are happy to schedule you in for a complimentary adjustment to address your concerns. This may be a bit shorter on your bangs or ends, or a slight tone adjustment etc.
CONSULTATION
A complimentary consultation is required for all new color and extension clients. Not all consultations require in-person but maybe recommended. Giving as much hair history and information to the best of your ability is much appreciated so that we can go in with as much knowledge to be able to estimate our journey to safely get to our end goal. Even with a consultation and test strand, adjustments to the proposed processes, estimate, and end goal may change depending on what is discovered at during your appointment.
DURING your appointment
You will be most likely be greeted by the 'shop dogs', they are friendly large breed pups. If you have a fear or allergy, please advise us ahead of time to arrange to have them put away. Please wear a crew neck or tank top that you don't mind possibly getting discolored to your color appointment. For long appointments, we would advise to wear something comfortable to be sitting in, as well as bring a lunch or snack. During your appointment, photos may be taken to document our process and results that may or may not be used in our social media. If you are uncomfortable with our process, we can accomedate and make sure any identifying qualities are not shown.
EXTENSIONS & TRANSFORMATION policies
After your consultation, you will be advised of the following policies:
EXTENSIONS- full deposit for the cost of hair must be paid prior to placing hair order, 50% of the remaining installation day balance must be deposited prior to booking the date, and the remaining balance will be due will be due 72hrs prior to the installation date. Your booking deposited will be lost if you change or cancel your appointment less than 72hrs and no-show or day-of cancellation will result in losing your full installation day payment.
TRANSFORMATION- 50% of your estimated service will be required to book a date, 50% of the remaining balance due 72hrs prior to your scheduled date, and remaining cost of your service, if any, will be due at the end of your service. Your booking deposited will be lost if you change or cancel your appointment less than 72hrs and no-show or day-of cancellation will result in losing your full estimated service payment.
